THE SCHEME  :  The Scheme  enables  members  to obtain special discount instantly by making advance payment month by month to buy jewellery / artifacts at  available at our designated showroom.

ELIGIBILITY Any  person  willing to join  the  scheme will be required to fill up  a prescribed form with true and complete information and give one valid  address proof – preferably Photo Id Proof.

MODE  OF THE SCHEME : Members may opt for any of the following groups under  the scheme and make payments  as advance price for the designated period and purchase jewellery /artifacts  displayed for sale in any of our showrooms appropriating the  advance payments against  value of the product and also avail as a special discount at the prescribed  rate at the time of purchase.Payment  may be made by cash within 10th of each month and demand drafts and cheque should be made in favour of “Anjali Jewelers” and must reach us before 7th of a month.Late payment even by one day,will be considered as nonpayment for the due month and accordingly,the eligibility under the scheme will be defered to the next month. We have also NACH   ( NATIONAL  AUTOMATED CLEARING  HOUSE) payment facilities and online payment services.

REDEMPTION :  Subject  to compliance of all  terms and conditions of the scheme members subscribed under the scheme will  be entitled to redeem the amount paid under the scheme at the time of purchasing jewellery/artifacts of his/her choice from any of our showrooms. The retail  price of the will be reduced by  the special discount  under  the scheme to which the member will qualify along with the principal amount of deposit.

M/s.Anjali  Jewellers  hereby  reserves  and will always have the sole and exclusive  right and discretion to  admit any person as member  under  the scheme regardles of eligibility or the  continuance of any member admitted to the  scheme or the cancellation  of membership even premature  for any reason and it owes  no explanation to any member in the manner of exercise of such  right or discretion. Pan No is mandatory  in case  of scheme  of Rs 8000/-  and above.

DEFAULT : According  to the scheme , a members  will become eligible to avail special discount only if full payment is made by him/her  continuously for the entire period.

DISCONTINUANCE :  If a member wants to discontinue the scheme he/she will be entitled  to  purchase any  jewellery/artifacts  of his/her  choice from any  of our stores  adjusting  the amount paid by him/her  till the date of purchase  as advance  payment.  Such   member  will then be  eligible  for  the proportionate  special  discount  under the  scheme. The discount   then   available  will  be  subject  to following  conditions:

Members  may  discontinue  the  scheme  but  such  option  can be exercised  only after  expiration  of 15  days  from the  date  first / initial  deposit.

To  be  eligible  to avail the discount  under  the  scheme , the  members  have to  complete  15 days  period  from date of each  monthly subscription.

In  case , option  for  discontinuance is exercised , discount will be  payable  proportionately   on the  basis  of actual  no. of 15 days  periods  the deposit  has been kept ignoring any broken period within 360 days in a year.

A   member  has  to  inform  in writing  to discontinue the scheme .  A member will be allowed to purchases   jewellery/artifacts   within a month  from the date of his/her  discontinuance  inclusive  special  discount  accrued  thereon. A member   has  to  submit a photo identify  proof.  Pre –closure process  will take two working days.  In  case of the event  of death  of  a member  being  reported  to us there  will be no further  transaction  in the said account.

PASS BOOK :   A  member will be supplied with a passbook  evidencing  his payment. Entries  have to  be made or provided by the  member  only by filling  a  prescribed  form  and relevant  documents.

Members   should   ensure  that  all  payments  made  by them are  correctly  entered  in the  passbook. Any  discrepancy in the  entries  should  immediately  be brought  to our  notice, Presentation  of  this  passbook  is  mandatory at  the  time  of  purchase  of  jewellery /artifacts  under  this  scheme. In case of loss of passbook , a duplicate may be issued  only after  submission  of certified  copy of the  FIR  with  the  concerned police  station and a  request  letter  from  the member of  the  scheme  subject to signature  verification. If  the  subscriber  loses the  original passbook then a duplicate passbook  will be issued  on a payment of Rs 150/-  and on maturity a minimum  of 24  working  hours will be  required  to verify before giving  credit  on sale against  all duplicate passbook.

The  account  can be redeemed  only on production of passbook. Under any circumstances, refund  will not  be  allowed  in any form.

EXCLUSION The scheme  is  directed for promoting  sales  of  our products  and to make purchase  of our products  convenient  for  our   customers.

TAXES :  Sales  bill  under this  scheme  shall be raised in the name  of the member  of the scheme. Exceptions to this  can be made  at the discretion  of the management , provided  the member  is personally  present at the time  of purchase and authorizes in writing under  his/her signature. Liability  for all  taxes  and duties  at the rates  applicable  on the day of purchase and as imposed  by the Government   from time to time  will be borne by the member / customer.

JURISDICTION : All disputes , claims and differences  touching  or concerning  the  interpretation,execution ,enforcement or any other  matter relating  to “JEWEL  PLUS” scheme  shall  be subjected  to the exclusive  jurisdiction  of Courts  of kolkata.
